About Instructors

Rabbi Moshe Weiner

is the author of the landmark halachic “shulchan aruch” in Hebrew of the Torah-based Noahide Code, titled Sheva Mitzvot Hashem, and the English edition titled The Divine Code. His other major works for the Noahide movement include Seven Gates of Righteous Knowledge, and Tishim Chukim. He is a Rosh Kollel and community Rav in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem.

Rabbi Yoram Ulman

is the Head of the Rabbinical Court of Sydney, Australia, Director of Chabad of Bondi (a suburb of Sydney), Director of F.R.E.E. of Sydney, and Chaplain to the New South Wales Department of Corrective Services.

Rabbi Yossi Schulman

received semicha from Machon Chaim Institute in Melbourne, Australia. He is the CEO and President of the charitable organization Unite The World. He has served as a community rabbi, an educator for at-risk-teens, a school board member, and administrator and director of federally funded programs for yeshivot.

Dr. Michael Schulman

is Executive Director of the organization Ask Noah International, and Asknoah.org. He works closely with Rabbi Moshe Weiner as editor and publisher of Rabbi Weiner’s books on halachot and fundamental principles of the Noahide Code. He also answers questions and serves as a mashpia for Noahides and Noahide communities.
